Craigslist is a centralized network of online community classifieds, job postings, personals and more started by a guy named Craig. Evansville has had its own Craigslist site for a few years now and one of it’s most useful features is missed connections

Sometimes you are out at a local bar or restaurant, and catch the eye of something across the room. You might even pick up a conversation with the person and hit it off. Unfortunately, the night ends without you getting contact information: sometimes not even a name. That’s where craigslist comes in and It’s Evansville come in. To help you out, we periodically spot some of the missed connections that are posted locally, and hopefully help some poor guy or gal out in their attempts to find true love.

I came into Lids when you drew me in with your eyes. You wore glasses and a Tampa Bay hat backwards. I pretended I wanted a hat and kept asking you to get ones off the top shelf so I could stare at your hot ass. Hi, On Tuesday Oct 13th, my mom & I were looking for my lost dog. It is a doberman, poodle mixed breed. You know a doberpoo. Anyway, you were standing by that mailbox holding a large pizza. I knew you were gay cause my mom said you were hot. She has great GAYDAR. Anyway, you were wearing those hot biker shorts and some pink leggins with a red tank top. I don’t know how could she tell you were gay? Anyway, you offered to help me find my doberpoo, but I couldn’t take my eyes off of that hot dog in your shorts. I know you wanted me when we both reached for you pizza at the same time. I’m sorry that my dog tore into the box and ate it, my mom should have stopped her. Anyway, I wanted to screw you right in the parking lot with those pink leggins around your neck. I couldn’t cause of my mom you know. Anyway, you were hot & if you read this PLEASE reply, cause Simpson’s is just one block from my double wide trailer where I live with my mom. She’s out a lot cause she works at the Busy Body. Anyway, evenings work best for me. This is a picture that my mom took of me that day. P.S. On our way back home my dog got hit by a car on Franklin Avenue and had to have emergency surgery.
