UE’s Non-Conference Schedule

College football is my first love, but I enjoy going to a few UE games a year. The team just announced their non-conference schedule which should run up to the end of December. The schedule is very home-game friendly with 9 of the 11 games at Roberts Stadium. Sadly, the two highlight games are the away games: Butler and North Carolina.

The non-conference schedule seems to be very centralized in the area. My guess is that UE is trying to rebuild the fanbase by playing local teams and establishing rivalries with teams whose fans can make the trip to Roberts.

• December 6: Ball State
