WWDC 2008: I’m Here (Updated)
After a complete trainwreck of a travel day, I am finally in San Francisco and in line for WWDC. Ready for a new iPhone or version of Mac OS X? I’ll update the post as I can over the next few hours. You can share your pre and post keynote thoughts here as well!
Updated: Well now the keynote was over, I found it to be a bit disappointing. The vibe in the room wasn’t nearly as high as it has been in previous years when I was there. I think this is for a variety of reasons. First, I think the 12 iPhone application demos went on for FAR too long. I found MobileMe, the replacement for .Mac, to be nothing an OK upgrade, but it’s nothing I find too revolutionary.
As for the iPhone 3G, I’ll save that for my column. :)
