Local Blogger/It’s Evansville Meetup?

Comments | Add A Comment

There have been some rumblings about doing a blogger/It’s Evansville meetup at a local establishment sometime towards the end of this month or early next. It wouldn’t be anything official or organized: just people meeting at a restaurant to eat, drink and attempt to socialize without using a keyboard.

My questions are:

  1. Would you be interested in something like this?
  2. If so, any suggestions on where to do it?

If you’re a manager/owner of a local joint and want to have us, shoot me an email.

Sure. Why not. Sounds fun. Depends on where, and my work schedule if I’d be able to go though.

I am soooo there. Just so long as it’s either on a weekend or after 5 pm.

As for where? I vote Walther’s. Why just have a blogger meet-up when you can have an all-out blogger Lazertag war?

It’ll be after 5. I’m pretty sure I’m one of the few that doesn’t have a real job and just sits in front of a computer all day surfing the web at home. :)

@justin: oh whatever, your job is as real as it comes…even if you were at an office as opposed to home you’d still be surfing and working all day! You just happen to be at home where you get to create more of your own schedule.

I think I’d vote something more like Turonis

Far be it from me to ever turn down a trip to Turoni’s! Yum!

I could be up for this. And I love Turoni’s. Could also be up for Kipplee’s.
