Part of the fun of watching Channel 14’s severe weather broadcasts is that their studio lets in SO much noise. When a big-time storm rolls through in the summer, and Jeff’s on-air, it’s not unusual to hear the thunder boom through the television speakers a second or two behind when you hear it at your house.

This clip made the NBC evening news with Brian Williams last night. Kinda strange sitting there watching the news, then next thing you hear is a story about a weatherman from Evansville, Indiana.
Gotta love it, tornados and wintery mix all in one week!

I just looked on the online archive and couldn’t find it. Do you remember where in the broadcast it was?
