Looking for something to do this evening? Here’s a few suggestions.
- Chad Harvey performs at The Duck Inn at 6PM.
- World renowned trumpeter and composer Chris Botti is in town and performing at the Victory Theatre at 8PM.
- Brad Lemmons is playing at The Duck Inn at 9PM.
- Time Out Lounge has Pink Flood & The Magenta Tide at 9PM.
- John Hussman is at Ri-Ra at 9:30PM.
- Otis is playing Lanhucks at 10PM.
- Lindsey Williams is at Fox & Hound at 10PM.
- Pieces of the Day performs at Sportsmans at 10PM.

ABC looks to be the big winner tonight in the TV premiere category. The season premiere of Ugly Betty is at 7PM and followed up by the premiere of Grey’s Anatomy at 8PM. The network premieres a new show, Big Shots, that stars Michael Vartan and Dylan McDermott.
CBS has the premiere of the original CSI at 8PM and Without A Trace at 9PM. The CW has the premiere of another season of Smallville starring Evansville’s own Michael Rosenbaum at 7PM.
NBC has the premiere of My Name is Earl at 7PM and an hourlong premiere of The Office at 8PM. The final season of ER premieres at 9PM. I’m personally looking forward to the season premiere of 30 Rock next week. I love that show.

“Coffee is a drug. It is quite literally a drug. It speeds people up. It’s not the only drug that speeds people up. (Giggles slightly) You hear stories about Dunder-Mifflin in the 80s before people knew how bad cocaine was…gah..man did they move paper!”
