Wednesday Evening Activities

Looking for something to do this evening? Here’s a few suggestions.

• Adam Blythe is playing at Ollie’s at 10PM.
• There is an open jam session at Crawdaddy’s at 9PM.
• The John Hussman Trio is playing Little Cheers at 10:30PM.

TV premiere week continues as well. NBC has the series premieres of Bionic Woman at 8PM. It’s a remake of the 70’s series. I saw the pilot last week and was disappointed. I might keep up for a few more weeks though. At 9PM is the series premiere of Life, which tells the story of a cop who was wrongly convicted of a crime and gets a major settlement when he is released. I saw this show as well. If it lasts more than a month, I’ll be shocked. It’s bad.

CBS has the season premiere of Criminal Minds at 8PM and CSI:NY at 9PM. ABC has two series premieres this evening as well. At 8PM is the premiere of Private Practice, the Grey’s Anatomy spinoff starring Kate Walsh. At 9PM is Peter Krause’s new show Dirty Sexy Money. Krause plays a lawyer whose sole goal is dealing with one of the wealthiest families in NYC.
