&lt;p&gt;Albion, IL (my hometown, just across the border) hosts &quot;Pork Day USA&quot; every year.  They have a greased pig catching game (real pigs, but young ones) for the kids (and some adults).  If you think it sounds hard, it is.  Always fun to watch.  And try a pork burger.  Horrible for your heart, but tastes great.  &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I might just have to run over the Newburgh this weekend and check things out.&lt;/p&gt;
