Custom Fit Personal Training: CFPT owner Tony Maslan has decided that he is going to take 8 Week Summer Shape Up Challenge and help support the Susan G Komen Foundation at the same time. He challenges you to do the same. The cost to participate in the 8 Week Summer Shape Up Challenge is a $10 donation to the Komen Foundation. A fitness professional from Custom Fit will determine your starting bodyweight, body-fat percentage, and circumference measurements at the beginning, 4 week mark, and completion of the 8 week challenge. The individual who makes the biggest positive change: muscle gained, body-fat lost, and inches lost will win a $300 training certificate from Custom Fit! At the completion of the 8 Week Challenge, all participants will be invited to participate in the Race For The Cure as a member of the Custom Fit team.

Darn. I was curious to look over prices, since we’ll hopefully be moving to Evansville soon. Thanks for the quick reply!

I can vouch for Custom Fit Personal Training. Several years ago I started working out with Tmaz (Custom Fit owner), weighed somewhere around 235, 36-38” waist. When I finished (gave up) with Tmaz I weighed 195, had a 32” waist, nice upper chest area, felt great, looked great (1st time in my life). He is no doubt the best in the biz.
