Weekend Happenings
Looking for something to do this weekend? Here’s a few suggestions.
Friday
- Tje Win System, Behind All Lies, As Forever Fades and Vicitm of Circumstance are at 1123 starting at 7PM.
- Submergency, The Koo, David Weddle, Arts and Sciences and Quin the Eskimo are playing at Wired starting at 7PM.
- Sevendust is at Club Baja tonight at 10PM.
- Gonzos is at Fast Eddys starting at 10PM.
Saturday
- While not local, you can listen to the Live Earth concerts all day on XM & Sirius. There’s also TV coverage on the NBC networks.
- If you want to see UFC 73, head to Fox & Hound, Hooters, Show Me’s or Jillians at 9PM.
- Namaste is at Deerhead starting at 9PM.
- Gonzos is at Fast Eddys starting at 10PM.
Movies
A few new movies released this week
- Transformers has been out a few days, but I highly recommend if you want to relive your childhood. I had a fun time at it.
- Robin Williams’ License To Wed is also out.
