Happy Monday. Here’s what’s up.
- This weekends D-Day re-enactment was a success in terms of attendance and national attention. Unfortunately, it may not return next year because of the expenses. The LST Ship Memorial is asking for more corporate sponsorships to help offset those costs.
- Republican mayoral candidate David Nixon sought contributions to help him get elected to the EVSC board. While it didn’t violate any laws, it has more people in the GOP camp calling for his head.
- Want to see some cars? There’s a large car show at Roberts Stadium on Wednesday.
