Weekend Happenings
It’s already Friday? Here’s some stuff going on this weekend.
Friday
- Start your night early. John Hussman will be performing at Club Baja starting at 6PM.
- The Evening On The River parks benefit is tonight starting at 6:30PM.
- Jillians has live music from 3 O’Clock Charlie starting at 9PM.
- Cecil’s has Tommy Stillwell & The Hellcats starting at 9:30PM.
- Fast Eddy’s has Uno Yoko.
- Local rockers Nocturnal will be at Lanhucks starting at 10:30PM.
Saturday
- The LST re-enactment is going on today and Sunday. Saturday’s battles are at 1PM and 4PM.
- The Annual Riverwind Gallery Plein Air Paint-Out is taking place at the Riverwind Gallery in Newburgh. Area artists will paint scenes in downtown Newburgh throughout the day. Visit the Riverwind Gallery web site for more information.
- The Evansville Otters are in action starting at Bosse Field. First pitch is at 7:05PM.
- 32 Leaves is at Deerhead starting at 9PM.
- Cover band Untied will be at Fast Eddy’s starting at 10PM.
- Local rockers Nocturnal will be at Lanhucks starting at 10:30PM.
- Ri Ra has Never Been Caught starting at 10:30PM.

I could definitely go for the LST re-enactment, that’s something different for evansville so it may be interesting! Also for sure the Otters game, I’ve only ever been to several of their games, but after attending an Indian’s game in Indy with my sister last summer—they are sort of fun!
