In Other News…
Light on the news today, but we’ve been busy behind the scenes working on the official It’s Evansville launch next month.
- If you thought our riverboat had been hijacked this morning, fear no more. The Evansville Police and emergency crews simulated a terrorist attack at Casino Aztar this morning.
- The major east-side apartment fire yesterday has been ruled an accident. Officials say they may never know what exactly caused the blaze.
- If you’re looking for a prostitute, they’re now hanging out in the area of Governor and East Riverside. Better hurry, though. Evansville Police are rounding them up.

I like your new site. As a suggestion, I would love to see captions under the photos you have on your site. For instance, the night shot at the University of Evansville’s Olmsted Administration Hall, by Brian Howenstein.
