In Other News…
In case you missed it yesterday, we posted our Mothers Day Brunch listing. Here’s some news.
- A group of Evansville business and government representatives are taking a road trip to Cincinnati. The trip was to get some tips on how Cincinnati revived their largely industry-based economy.
- A Stringtown Elementary kid was looking for bubble gum, but instead found a gun. He decided to show his classmates on the bus.
- And from the Wow, it really stinks in Newburgh section, a sink hole has shut down part of State Road 662 (the road into downtown Newburgh). Repairs should be done in 2-3 days. I drove by there yesterday, and almost died from the stench.

Newburgh stinks? It’s probably just the sweet aroma of culture, Evansville should get a whiff more often.
Keep up the good work, but just know Newburgh > Evansville in like every way.

I was referring to the actual stench around the sinkhole. I live by it.

I smelled it the other day, too. Blech! I’m glad they were quick to fix it.

You must be more descriptive in future!
